Why ‘e3 intelligence’?
e3 intelligence is a new, UK-based venture with a mission to improve the way health services are run. Our aim is to enable everyone who works in and around health systems to improve their management and business skills.
From front line clinicians to back office support staff, an appreciation of the principles and practice of good management will assist in the promotion of three key health system objectives – equity, efficiency and effectiveness – leading to more productive services and higher quality outcomes for patients and the wider population.
We hope our approach will encourage teams and individuals to take a more active interest in some of the wider system issues which affect healthcare and we’ll be providing a range of simple, structured, flexible and affordable tools to support them in this endeavour.
